  • A view of Ludgate Circus from Fleet Street looking east towards St. Paul's Cathedral. The bridge visible in the photograph carried the London, Chatham and Dover Railway into Holborn Viaduct Station. The station closed in 1990 and the bridge was removed. Broom demonstrates here her interest in the inclusion of people and everyday activity in order to bring her street views to life.
