A member of the Hackney Elderly Caribbean Organisation made this crochet circle. She was over 80 years old and had severe arthritis in her hands. The design is formed from red, blue and white wool.

The organisation promotes the interests of elders of Caribbean descent. It provides a range of services to its members including information regarding welfare benefits, outings, and health education. All members donate the income from the arts and crafts classes to the organisation. < Hide
