  • Handfinished valentine's card comprising a sheet of white and silver lace paper embossed with a border design incorporating doves, vines and foliage surrounding a central cream satin panel. Applied to the panel is a coloured paper figure of a cherub or cupid and suspended from a length of red cotton braid is a red paper heart and two embossed paper baskets filled with bunches of violets. The card is also decorated with an applied red cotton bow and a garland of embossed white and silver paper leaves.
