  • Mechanical spring lever action tinplate novelty toy depicting a man with a mallet in pursuit of a bending woman. Lithographed flat figures on plain green base inscribed: 'My Word! If I catch you bending'. As the lever on the base is sprung the mallet moves towards the woman's oversized backside as she bends forward. Made in Bavaria, Germany as part of the Glob Novelty Series. Purchased 12th December 1908.
