Coloured lithographed medallion portrait of a young Queen Victoria surrounded by a brown border. The portrait is decorated with tinsel ornaments which embellish the hair, jewellery and dress accessories. Below is printed 'Druck U. Verlag von A Felgner in Berlin Victoria'. The majority of tinsel prints featured theatrical scenes, though as the actvity became popular other kinds of images began to be decorated with tinsel ornaments.
